Walk-In Tub - Jets Diverter / Draining While Jetting
Troubleshooting
Water draining while jets are running means the diverter valve (the knob that switches between Jets and Drain) is not turned fully to the Jets position. The diverter works like a ball valve - it must reach the end-stop position to fully block the drain. If the knob physically cannot rotate all the way, it may be hitting the back rest or a nearby surface. Fix: pry the knob cap off with a flat tool (it will not break), reposition it so the indicator points fully to Jets, and snap it back on. If the problem persists after repositioning, call SW Corp for further guidance.
