Walk-In Tub - Jets Making Howling Noise
Troubleshooting
A howling or howl-like noise when the jets run is typically caused by a jet volume control valve that has shifted out of position (this can occur during transit due to temperature changes). Fix: unscrew the valve and move/rotate it back into the correct position. If the valve is confirmed defective after repositioning, a replacement can be sent - email SW Corp with a video of the issue and the PO/order number. Note: replacing a jet valve requires cutting and re-coupling the connected hoses, so having the replacement on hand before disassembly is recommended.
