Have a plumber or handyman access the tub (through the access panel) and video the area around the jets while water is in the tub. Send the video to SW Corp Technical Support so the leak source can be identified. Once identified, SW Corp will advise on the specific repair and parts required. Jet valve parts are approximately $35 each. SW Corp warranty covers parts only - labor is not covered. Important: installers should test the tub before final installation and not proceed if any leaks are found (per the product manual).
