Walk-In Tub - Air Blower
Troubleshooting
Partial air bubble output (some jets working, others not) is most commonly caused by a stuck air check valve. The air check valve is located on the main air line coming out of the blower, before it splits to individual jets - it has a small spring inside that can get stuck. Fix: with water in the tub and the blower running, tap the air check valve firmly with a rubber mallet to free the spring. If tapping does not resolve it, the check valve may need to be replaced - contact SW Corp with your purchase order to order the part under warranty. Note: the tub must have water in it to verify the fix by observing bubbles.
