Send videos of the leak to SW Corp Technical Support via email (share access if using Google Drive/shared links). Support will review the videos, identify the source of the leak, and provide the installer/plumber with specific repair instructions. SW Corp does not send on-site technicians but will guide your plumber through the fix and supply any necessary parts. Keep the original installer available to carry out the repair once instructions are provided.
