Is the back/wall-side of the Anzzi walk-in tub (FT-AZ112) finished or does it need to go against a wall?

The back of the FT-AZ112 (and similar Anzzi tub models) is unfinished - it is essentially open with only a small frame border of about 1-2 inches. This side is designed to be placed directly against a wall and is not intended to be a visible finished surface.
