The corrugated/pool-style drain hose on certain walk-in tub models (e.g., MS-2753WIRWD 27KW) has a non-standard fitting that is slightly smaller than a standard 2-inch male adapter - plumbers have noted it doesn't seat perfectly. Options: (1) Hard pipe it - recommended by SW Corp; use a standard 2-inch male adapter and hard pipe the drain connection. (2) If the customer refuses hard piping: take the hose to a hardware store to find a compatible adapter by fitting; or use liquid nail/waterproof epoxy with a hose clamp as a last resort. SW Corp does not sell a specific adapter for this hose.
