Black water after cleaning the filter/valve and weak flush typically indicate a failing flushing valve. Send a short video of the issue plus proof of purchase to SW Corp Technical Support. Support will assess and ship a replacement flushing valve. Shipping may be charged for out-of-warranty units. SW Corp provides replacement instructions that allow a DIY fix or can be followed by a plumber - extensive technical knowledge is not required.
