Troubleshooting
A toilet that hums but won't flush (no water being pumped) needs the flushing valve replaced. This is an internal part that requires disassembly of the top section. Contact SW Corp support with your email address to look up prior case history. Within 90 days of purchase, the part ships free under warranty. After 90 days, a $20 shipping fee applies. Delivery: approximately 7 business days.
