I received only the electronic assembly for my smart toilet - I was expecting the full seat with cover. What do I do?

Contact SW Corp support with your order number and a photo of what was received. The full top section of a smart toilet includes: (1) electronic assembly and (2) seat with cover/lid. If only the electronic housing was shipped, support will arrange to send the missing seat and cover at no additional charge. Confirm your email address for follow-up and shipping notification. Rush shipping may be requested but is subject to warehouse availability.
