If a replacement flushing valve did not resolve intermittent flushing, the next step is to replace the entire top electronic assembly section (not just individual parts). This is covered under warranty at no cost if the unit is still within the warranty period. Contact SW Corp with your email address/ticket number - an agent can look up your case history and ship the complete top section as a replacement. This resolves issues where individual part replacements have not produced a consistent fix.
