Each new email to SW Corp support generates a new ticket number, which can cause confusion with multiple 'open/close' notifications. To keep your issue in one thread, always use Reply on the original support email - do not forward or compose a new message. If your part order has been confirmed by a support agent but not processed, call SW Corp directly with your case/ticket number to have an agent place the shipping order on the spot. Warranty parts within the first 90 days ship free; after 90 days a shipping fee applies (approx. $15-$20).
