We may still be able to help. Please reach out to us directly within 14 days of receiving your damaged item and include the retailer where you purchased along with your order number. If we're unable to assist, we'll connect you with the retailer where you made your purchase, as they are ultimately responsible for handling damage claims for orders placed through their platform.
