Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date for the following reasons:
- Changed your mind / no longer need the item
- Ordered by mistake or ordered too many
- Project canceled or delayed
- Product does not fit your space (not due to incorrect specs on our end)
- Aesthetic preference
- Refused delivery with no damage or defect reported
Please note that a restocking fee and shipping back to our warehouse may be applied for your return.
Purchased through a third-party retailer?
If you purchased through a third-party website, your return must be initiated through them. Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase and follow their guidelines to initiate a return. Once the return is approved, the retailer will provide a return label and contact us to process the return on their end. The third-party retailer is responsible for providing your refund.
All returns, regardless of where purchased, must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which they were received. Items that are not in original condition or packaging may not be accepted.
