What fees apply to a return?

The following fees apply to buyer's remorse returns for orders purchased through SWCorp, ANZZI.com, or SteamSaunaDepot.com:

Restocking fee: 20% of product price

Small parcel return shipping: Actual FedEx / UPS cost

Freight / LTL return shipping: $175 flat fee

Example

Bathtub purchased for $4,999 — Restocking (20%): $999.80 + LTL return: $175 = $1,174.80 deducted.

Refund: $3,824.20
