For the Anzzi AZ031 thermostatic shower panel: the thermostatic cartridge is $45; diverter cartridges are $25 each (3 diverters in this model). If no water is coming out at all, the primary issue is most likely the main thermostatic cartridge. To replace: remove the panel from the wall to access cartridges from the back. SW Corp can email installation instructions upon request. Cartridges ship from Miami, FL - delivery to California is approximately 4-5 business days. No expedited shipping is available. If the unit is under warranty, a video and proof of purchase can be submitted to receive cartridges under warranty instead.
