Can an Anzzi shower panel be retrofitted to an existing shower with a Moen single-handle diverter?

Yes. The Anzzi shower panel (e.g., Beverly model SP-AZ080BG) is designed as a retrofit. It connects to the cold water outlet of your existing overhead shower supply. Your existing Moen mixing valve handles hot/cold mixing; the shower panel does not include its own mixing valve. As long as an existing on/off valve fixture is in place, the panel can be installed over it.
