Walk-In Tub - Missing Part from Drain Kit

The immerse disk (also called the Mercedes disk or smiley disk) is the small round disk that mounts the drain assembly to the tub. It is a separate small item that should be included in the drain kit but is occasionally missed. If it was not in the kit: contact SW Corp with your ticket/case number and confirm only the immerse disk is missing - do not request a full new kit. Support will ship the disk separately. Check inside any small bags within the kit carefully before calling, as it is very small. If you need the part urgently, let the agent know - expedited shipping may be attempted though it cannot always be guaranteed.
