Before contacting us, please check all boxes and packaging materials thoroughly - smaller parts are often packed inside protective foam or secondary bags inside the main carton.
If a part is still missing after checking all packaging, please reach out to us using the contact form on this page with the following information:
- Product name and SKU (found on your order confirmation email or product label)
- Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Purchase date (found in your order confirmation email)
- Part number needed (found in the parts diagram in your product manual)
- Photo of what you received, including contents and packaging
Most part shipments are dispatched within 2-3 business days of confirmation.
