SW Corp does not provide direct full replacements for marketplace (Lowe's, Home Depot, Wayfair) orders; warranty covers parts only. For transit-damaged items returned to SW Corp: the marketplace partner must process an RGA (Return Goods Authorization). SW Corp will issue a refund/credit to the marketplace, who then processes a repurchase. Contact the store's customer service team; SW Corp can email RGA instructions to the store upon request.
