I'm missing parts from my order

Before you begin

Please confirm you have every part before starting your installation. Compare the contents against the parts diagram in your product manual, it only takes a few minutes and saves you from stopping partway through.

If anything is missing, contact us within 14 days of your delivery date and we will ship a replacement at no cost. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can get you back on track.

First, check your packaging

Before reaching out, please check all boxes and packaging materials thoroughly. Smaller parts are often packed inside protective foam or secondary bags inside the main carton.

If a part is still missing

If a part is still missing after checking all packaging, please reach out using the contact form on this page within 30 days of your delivery date with the following information:

• Product name and SKU, found on your order confirmation email or product label
• Order number, found in your order confirmation email
• Purchase date, found in your order confirmation email
• Part number needed, found in the parts diagram in your product manual
• Photo of what you received, including contents and packaging

Most part shipments are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of confirmation.
