For freight (LTL) deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your appointment. To reschedule, follow the steps below.
1. Call the freight carrier using the number on your delivery notification.
2. Have your tracking number ready.
3. Request a new delivery window at least 24 hours in advance.
