My large order shows a tracking number but hasn't been delivered - what do I do?

Large items (e.g., shower doors, tubs) may ship via freight carriers such as Psycho Logistics that require a delivery appointment. If your tracking number is with a freight carrier: call the carrier directly with your tracking number (provided by SW Corp) to schedule your delivery appointment. SW Corp can provide the carrier phone number and tracking number if you call with your order number.
