If you received an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us right away using the contact form on this page.

When you reach out, please include

• Your order number
• A photo of what you received with the product label or model number visible
• A photo of the shipping label on the outer box

We will arrange to send the correct item and provide return instructions for the wrong one at no cost to you.
