Our warranty covers the functionality and performance of your product. As a general rule, if it affects how your product works, it is covered. If it is cosmetic or related to shipping, installation, or maintenance, it is not.

Not Covered
- Cosmetic damage such as dents, scratches, and marks
- Damage from improper installation or misuse
- Shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility
How we resolve warranty claims
A warranty claim does not automatically qualify for a full product replacement. Our team will always work with you to find the fastest and least disruptive path to resolution — starting with troubleshooting to identify the root cause, and sending replacement parts whenever possible. A full product replacement is only initiated if troubleshooting and parts do not resolve the issue.
Please note that while replacement parts and products are covered under warranty, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your coverage.
A note on maintenance
Due to the nature of our products, some routine upkeep may be necessary to keep everything functioning properly over time. Regular maintenance is the responsibility of the owner and is not covered under warranty.
