Contact SW Corp support with: (1) A photo of what you received and (2) your purchase order/receipt showing multiple items were ordered. Email to the support address provided by your agent. Support will respond within 24 hours to arrange shipment of the missing item. If you previously emailed a specific agent directly, resend to the general support queue to ensure it is received and actioned.
