For wrong-item deliveries on marketplace orders (e.g., Lowe's): SW Corp's return team handles Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for marketplace partners. The store associate should provide SW Corp with: the PO number and model numbers for both the item ordered (SD-AZ051) and the item received (SD-AZ015 or similar). SW Corp will issue a return authorization and arrange carrier pickup or provide disposition instructions. Photos of the received item and its label may be required. For Lowe's stores, SW Corp has a dedicated RTD processing team - provide the store email and PO number to SW Corp customer service to initiate.
