Check your shipping confirmation email
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your carrier name and tracking number. If you do not see it, check your inbox and spam folder.
Track online via the carrier website
You will receive the carrier name and the tracking number associated with your order. Go to the carrier's website, enter the tracking information, and you will be able to see tracking information and delivery dates.
Understanding your delivery type
Small parcel (UPS / FedEx)
Delivered to your door. Track at ups.com or fedex.com.
Freight / LTL delivery
Used for larger items like bathtubs, vanities, and other large items. A freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside — not inside your home.
Freight deliveries require someone to be present. If you miss your appointment, the carrier may charge a re-delivery fee. Make sure your contact number is up to date on your order.
If you did not receive an email with your carrier and tracking information
Please send us a message providing your name, order number, and date of purchase and we will provide your carrier and tracking number.
