If you purchased through a retail partner, your return must be initiated through that retailer. They are responsible for authorizing the return, arranging pickup, and issuing your refund.
SWCorp cannot create or process a return directly for retail orders. Do not ship product back to us without the retailer's authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
To start your return, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase directly, or visit their website and review their return policy and guidelines. Each retailer manages returns independently and will be able to advise you on their return window, process, and any applicable fees.
