Amazon FBA Refunds and Returns

Email will come in from receiving once item is back

1. Open the images in the email and copy the SKU or LPN
2. Go to Amazon and click on the menu
3. Hover over orders
   • Then click on Manage Returns
4. Click on View reports at the top
5. Click View FBA returns
6. Click FBA customer returns
7. Paste SKU or LPN in the correct field
8. Change Event Date to 365 days
   • If searching by SKU and multiple orders come up
   • Go back to email and look at the date on the paper work
   • Select the order closer to that date
9. Click Generate Report
10. Once order comes up copy the Order ID number
11. Paste it in Netsuite
12. Select the Cash Sale
13. Click on authorize return
14. Go to memo and type n ‘Unfulfillable by Amazon’
15. Scroll down to return label email and enter your email
16. Then click Save
17. Copy the RMA and paste it in your reply back to receiving
